超声引导行局部神经阻滞麻醉在老年腹股沟疝无张力修补术中的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨老年腹股沟疝无张力修补术中实施超声引导行局部神经阻滞麻醉应用价值。方法2019年10月1日-2021年9月1日从英德市人民医院抽选30例老年男性腹股沟疝无张力修补术患者作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将其分为研究组(15例)与对照组(15例),研究组给予超声引导行局部神经阻滞麻醉,对照组患者给予腰硬联合阻滞麻醉,比较两组患者术后疼痛评分、并发症发生率及住院时长。结果研究组术后疼痛评分明显低于对照组,并发症发生率显著少于对照组,住院时长少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腹股沟疝无张力修补术老年患者实施超声引导行局部神经阻滞麻醉,可有效降低患者术后疼痛,降低并发症发生率,提升整体麻醉效果,缩短住院时间,临床应用价值显著。Objective To investigate the application value of ultrasound-guided local nerve block anesthesia for inguinal hernia in the elderly.Methods From October 1,2019 to September 1,2021,30 elderly male patients with tension-free inguinal hernia repair were selected from our hospital as the research objects,and they were divided into study groups(15 cases)using a random number table method.In the control group(15 cases),the study group was given ultrasound-guided local nerve block anesthesia,and the control group was given spinal-epidural combined block anesthesia.The postoperative pain score,complication rate and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative pain score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the length of hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided local nerve block anesthesia in elderly patients with inguinal hernia can effectively reduce postoperative pain,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the overall anesthesia effect,shorten the time of hospital stay,and have significant clinical application value.
