摘　　要：目的对比分析口服孕激素与曼月乐环在宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉诊刮术后应用的临床疗效。方法本次项目的研究对象为河源市紫金县人民医院2020年6月-2021年5月收治70例行宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉诊刮术患者,根据研究需求、患者自身意愿将其平均分成两组,分别为对照组(术后口服地屈孕酮片)和试验组(术后曼月乐环)。对患者进行术后定期随访12个月,比较患者术后3个月、6个月、12个月月经量、子宫内膜厚度以及子宫内膜息肉术后复发情况。结果试验组患者术后3个月、6个月、12个月月经量PBAC评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月、6个月、12个月两组患者子宫内膜厚度比较,试验组均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组子宫内膜息肉术后复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉诊刮术后对患者使用口服孕激素与曼月乐环均有比较好的疗效,相比之下术后曼月乐环对患者月经量、子宫内膜厚度的改善情况更好,同时可以降低术后复发率,临床疗效好于口服孕激素,应该作为首选治疗方案。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of oral progesterone and Manerring in hysteroscopy after the diagnosis of endometrial polyps.Methods The study subjects of this project were 70 patients with endoscopic endometrial polyps from June 2020 to May 2021.They were evenly divided into two groups according to the research needs and the patient’s own wishes,respectively,control group(postoperative oral diproprogesterone tablets)and test group(postoperative Manerring).Patients were followed up regularly for 12 months to compare their menstrual volume,endometrial thickness at 3,6,and 12 months,and postoperative recurrence of endometrial polyps.Results The PBAC scores at 3 months,6 months and 12 months were lower than those in the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the endometrial thickness at 3 months,6 months and 12 months later,the trial group was significantly lower than the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).The postoperative recurrence rate of endometrial polyps was lower than that in the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In endoscopic endometrial polyps for patients using oral progesterone and ring have a good effect,compared with postoperative ring for patients with menstrual volume,endometrial thickness improvement is better,and can reduce the postoperative recurrence rate,clinical effect is better than oral progesterone,should be used as the first treatment plan.
