摘　　要：目的分析2020年不合理用药点评结果,进一步提高医师合理用药水平。方法2020年1—12月九江学院附属医院合理用药点评小组每月分别抽取门诊处方、住院抗菌药物和重点监控药物医嘱总量的5%进行点评,总结分析不合理用药点评结果。结果2020年1—12月门诊和住院用药总体不合理率为0.89%,其中门诊处方不合理率为0.47%,住院抗菌药物医嘱不合理率为1.78%,重点监控药物医嘱不合理率为1.88%,用药不合理率呈逐月下降趋势。不合理用药问题主要为用法用量及治疗疗程不适宜、超规定疗程、适应证不适宜、临床诊断不规范等。结论通过合理用药点评、点评结果反馈会、点评结果绩效考核的流程闭环管理可有效降低医师用药不合理发生率,提高医院用药合理性水平。Objective To analyse the evaluation results of unreasonable drug use in 2020,futher improve the rationality of drug use by physicians.Methods From January to December in 2020,the Jiujiang University Affiliated Hospital evaluation group of rational drug use selected 5%of the total of outpatient prescriptions,inpatient antibiotics and key monitoring drugs use for comment every month,the review results of irrational drug use were summarized and analyzed.Results The overall irrational rate of outpatient and inpatient drug use from January to December in 2020 was 0.89%,the irrational rate of outpatient prescription was 0.47%,the irrational rate of inpatient antibacterial drugs use was 1.78%,and the irrational rate of key monitoring drugs use was 1.88%,the irrational rate of drug use showed a decreasing trend every month.The problems of irrational drug use mainly focus on unsuitable usage and dosage and treatment course,overprescribed course of treatment,unsuitable indications and non-standard clinical diagnosis.Conclusion Through the closed-loop management of rational drug use review,feedback meeting of review results and performance assessment of review results,the irrational rate of drug use by doctors was effectively reduced and the rationality level of drug use was further improved.
