摘　　要：目的 分析2019年—2021年贵州省流感监测数据,了解贵州省流感病原学流行特征,为流感的预防控制提供科学依据。方法 对贵州省2019年4月1日—2021年3月31日13家哨点医院采集的流感样病例(ILI)咽拭子标本的流感病毒RT-PCR核酸检测结果进行统计分析。结果 国家级哨点医院门急诊总就诊病例为3 589 614人,其中流感样病例274 306人,占7.64%。2019年—2021年贵州省流感样标本共计29 215份,阳性标本2 232份,阳性率为7.64%;流感病毒核酸检出率5岁~14岁年龄组所占阳性比率最高,为30.60%(683/2 232);60岁以上老人发病人数最少。结论 2019年—2021年贵州省流感活动高峰期为冬春季,学龄儿童流感阳性病例数较多,应高度重视,密切关注疫情形势,及时开展流感暴发疫情的调查处置。Objective To analyze influenza surveillance data from 2019 to 2021 and understand the epidemiological characteristics of influenza etiology in Guizhou Province,in order to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of influenza.Methods Throat swab specimens of influenza-like illness(ILI) were collected from 13 influenza surveillance sentinel hospitals for nucleic acid assay by RT-PCR from April 1,2019 to March 31,2021,and the results were analyzed.Results The total number of outpatient and emergency cases in national outpost hospitals was 3 589 614;of which 274 306(7.64%) were influenza like cases(ILI).Totally,29 215 ILI nucleic acid specimens were tested,and 2 232 samples were positive,with a positive rate of 7.64%.Influenza was epidemic throughout the year,and peaked during winter and spring.Among the five age groups,the positive rate was the highest in 5-14 years old group,accounting for 30.60%.The fewest cases occurred in people over the age of 60.Conclusion From 2019 to 2021,the peak period of influenza activity in Guizhou Province was winter and spring,and the number of positive cases of influenza in school-age children is high.Therefore,great attention should be paid to the epidemic situation,and timely investigation and treatment of influenza outbreaks should be carried out.
