摘 要:目的 探讨VDR基因FokⅠ位点多态性与金华地区2型糖尿病肾病人群之间的关系。方法 采用以人群为基础的病例对照研究方法,收集金华地区2型糖尿病肾病患者190例作为疾病组,同时选取91例2型糖尿病非肾病患者作为2型糖尿病非肾病组、98例健康者作为健康对照组。采用Sequenom Mass ARRAY平台技术对所有样本的VDR基因多态性的情况进行分析。观察VDR基因多态性等位基因频率及基因型分布并分析FokI基因位点多态性与金华地区2型糖尿病肾病人群的相关性。结果 疾病组中的FokI位点CC、TC、TT基因型频率分别为37.37%、43.16%和19.47%,在2型糖尿病非肾病组中CC、TC、TT基因型频率分别为27.47%、49.45%和23.08%,在健康对照组中CC、TC、TT基因型频率分别为29.59%、58.16%和12.25%。该位点在疾病组和对照组中分布差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 FokⅠ基因位点多态性可能与金华地区2型糖尿病肾病发生无关。Objective To explore the relationship between vitamin D receptor(VDR)Fok Igenetic locus polymorphism and type 2 diabetic nephropathy in Jinhua area.Methods Using a population-based case-control study method,190 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy in Jinhua area were collected as the case group,and 91 patients with type 2 diabetic non-nephropathy were selected as the non-nephropathy group and 98 healthy people as the control group.Sequenom Mass ARRAY platform technology was used to analyze theFok Igenetic locus polymorphism of all samples.The allele frequency and genotype distribution ofVDR Fok Igenetic locus polymorphism were observed,and the correlation betweenFok Igenetic locus polymorphism and type 2 diabetic nephropathy in Jinhua area was analyzed.Results The genotype frequencies of CC,TC,andTTat Fok Ilocus in the case group were 37.37%,43.16%,and 19.47%,respectively.In the non-nephropathy group,the genotype frequencies ofCC,TC,andTTwere 27.47%,49.45%,and 23.08%.The genotype frequencies ofCC,TC,and TTin control group were 29.59%,58.16% and 12.25%.There was no statistical significance on the difference in the distribution of this site between the case group and the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion The polymorphism ofFok Igenetic locus may not be related to the occurrence of type 2 diabetic nephropathy in Jinhua area.
