摘 要:某连体建筑由52.35m高的框剪结构A塔楼和77.5m高的框筒结构B塔楼通过跨度为32.4m的单层钢连廊在47.75m高度上连接形成。两栋塔楼主体体量差异大,进行了4种连体连接方式的选型分析,确定了滑动支座设置于连廊上端的两端滑动的连接形式。重点分析了隔震连廊对主体结构的影响,结果表明连廊两端设置4个摩擦摆支座的弱连接形式,减弱了连体结构对主体结构的影响,主体结构可以分开单独进行分析设计。对整体模型进行了弹塑性分析,结果表明采用弱连接后,连体结构各构件达到性能目标的要求。对支承连体牛腿的有限元分析结果表明,牛腿采用三角桁架形式的布置及对应构造安全可靠。对连廊楼盖单人连续荷载及人群荷载分析结果表明,其舒适度满足规范要求。A conjoined building consists of a frame-shear structure A tower with a height of 52.35 m and a frame-and-tube structure B tower with a height of 77.5 m connected by a single-story steel corridor with a span of 32.4 m at a height of 47.75 m. There is a big difference in the volume of the two main tower buildings, so the selection and analysis of four conjoined connection methods were carried out, and the two ends of the sliding bearing set at the upper end of the connecting corridor were determined. The impact of the seismic isolation corridor on the main structure was mainly analyzed. The results show that the weak connection form of four friction pendulum supports at both ends of the corridor reduces the influence of the connected structure on the main structure, and the main structure can be analyzed and designed separately. The elastic-plastic analysis of the overall model was carried out, and the results show that after the weak connection is adopted, the components of the conjoined structure meet the performance target requirements. The finite element analysis results of the supporting conjoined corbels show that the arrangement of the corbels in the form of triangular trusses and the corresponding structure are safe and reliable. The analysis results of single continuous load and crowd load of the connecting corridor floor show that its comfort meets the requirements of the code.
