摘  要:为研究固定式光伏支架在风荷载作用下的受力性能及破坏模式,设计并制作足尺光伏支架试件,通过静力加载方式进行破坏性试验。结合数值模拟和理论分析,给出此固定式光伏支架的设计建议。结果表明:光伏支架在均布荷载作用下的破坏模式为檩条发生扭转变形进而整体失稳,横梁和立柱的承载力基本满足要求。对固定式光伏支架进行数值模拟,将模拟结果与试验结果进行对比验证,通过参数分析讨论光伏支架传力机理与改进措施。In order to study the mechanica properties of the fixed photovoltaic bracket and its failure under wind load,the full-scale photovoltaic bracket specimen was designed and the destructive test was carried out by means of static loading.Through simulation and mechanical analysis,the design suggestions for the fixed photovoltaic support are given.The experimental results indicate that under the uniform load the failure mode of PV support is overall instability due to the torsion deformation of the purlins,but the bearing capacity of the beam and column is basically enough.The simulation model of fixed photovoltaic bracket is established by ABAQUS,and the numerical simulation results are compared with the test results.Through parameter analysis,the force mechanism and improvement measures for the photovoltaic brackets are discussed.
