摘 要:该文提出一种基于时序仿真的可再生能源消纳措施的量化评估方法。首先分析可再生能源消纳的原理及影响因素,基于时序生产模拟法建立计及外送功率与电化学储能的可再生能源消纳评估模型,并提出分时段优化求解模型的算法;然后基于评估模型提出促进可再生能源消纳措施的量化评估方法,并针对量化评估结果提出各项可再生能源消纳措施的贡献度计算方法;最后,基于中国东北某省级电网进行算例分析,验证该文所提方法的合理性和有效性,为电网制定可再生能源消纳措施提供理论依据。This paper proposes a quantitative assessment method for renewable energy accommodation measures based on time-series simulations.Firstly,by analyzing principle and influencing factors of renewable energy accommodation,we establish a renewable energy accommodation assessment model that takes into account the delivered power and electrochemical energy storage using the time-series production simulation method.Then a segmented optimization algorithm is developed to solve this model.Further,based on the model we present a quantitative assessment method for enhancing the accommodation capacity of renewable energy.Moreover,a method for evaluating the contribution of each measure is obtained according to these quantitative assessment results.Finally,a calculation example based on a provincial power grid in Northeast China is presented to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed method,which provides a theoretical basis for formulating renewable energy accommodation measures.
