摘　　要：本文针对缸盖加工工艺设计中出现的基准不重合和基准不统一的难题,应用尺寸链原理,在多次定位基准转换中,计算出正确的工艺尺寸和位置公差,在尺寸链建立、尺寸链图设计和封闭环确定等方面,都做了详细论述,这对于提高产品加工质量、降低生产成本具有重要意义。In this paper,aiming at the problem of non-2coincidence and non-2unity of datum in cylinder head processing technology design,the correct process size and position tolerance are calculated by applying the principle of dimension chain in the transformation of positioning datum for many times.The establishment of dimension chain,design of dimension chain diagram and determination of closed ring are discussed in detail.It is of great significance to improve the processing quality and reduce the production cost.
