摘  要:内燃机正常运作中,曲轴是承受冲击载荷传递动力的重要零件。因曲轴工况条件相对比较复杂,对其材质、加工技术、精度、热处理、动力平衡等有相对严格的要求,其中任何环节出现问题,都会影响曲轴的寿命。曲轴强度主要体现在两个方面,一是抗疲劳,二是抗断裂,如果曲轴强度的水平较低,甚至会导致内燃机其他零部件出现损害问题。本文分析了内燃机曲轴强度的现状,并探讨了内燃机加工制造时曲轴强度的有效控制方法。In the normal operation of the internal combustion engine,the crankshaft is an important part that bears the impact load and transmits power.Due to the relatively complex working conditions of the crankshaft,there are relatively strict requirements for its material,processing technology,precision,heat treatment,dynamic balance,etc.,any problems in any link will affect the life of the crankshaft.The strength of the crankshaft is mainly reflected in two aspects,one is fatigue resistance,and the other is fracture resistance.If the strength of the crankshaft is low,it will even lead to damage to other parts of the internal combustion engine.This paper analyzes the current situation of internal combustion engine crankshaft strength,and discusses the effective control method of crankshaft strength during internal combustion engine machining.
