摘　　要：内燃机车的运用质量直接关系到铁路运输生产的正常运行和作业安全。本文首先对轮乘体制下机车维护保养质量下降的原因进行分析,然后提出大班承包制,实施“三二一”保养法,开展春秋两季整修,实行检修分离模式,建立激励机制等举措,为内燃机车维护和保养提供指引。The operation quality of diesel locomotive is directly related to the normal operation and operation safety of railway transportation production.This paper first analyzes the reasons for the decline of the maintenance quality of locomotives under the wheel-riding system,then puts forward the large-shift contract system,implements the“Three-two-one”maintenance method,carries out the spring and autumn two-season repair,implements the maintenance separation mode,create Incentives and other initiatives to guide diesel locomotive maintenance and upkeep.
