摘 要:目的 通过检测丽水市的灵芝及深加工产品中10种有害元素(铅、镉、砷、锡、锂、银、锑、钡、铍、铊)含量,以掌握丽水市灵芝从栽培到各类终端产品全加工过程中这些元素的分布和变化规律。方法 样品经硝酸预消解后,再经微波消解后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定各元素含量。结果 10种元素的线性良好,相关系数均> 0.999。灵芝样品中各元素的加标回收率在86.3%~112.3%。灵芝从栎木中获取的有害元素含量低,经过加工后的灵芝产品中大部分有害元素含量有所增加,其中灵芝的成品环节中的水提工艺为主要影响因素。产自龙泉、景宁和杭州的干灵芝产品质量均比较优良,未出现重金属元素含量超标。结论 本研究为灵芝的栽培和深加工提供了新的质量控制和安全性评价方法。Objective The contents of 10 harmful elements(lead,cadmium,arsenic,tin,lithium,silver,antimony,barium,beryllium and thallium) in Ganoderma lucidum and its deep processing products in Lishui City were detected in order to understand the distribution and change of these elements in the whole process of Ganoderma lucidum from cultivation to processing of various terminal products.Methods After the samples were digested by nitric acid and then digested by microwave,the contents of each element were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Results The linearity of the 10elements was good,and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.999.The recoveries of elements in Ganoderma ganoderma samples ranged from 86.3% to 112.3%.The content of harmful elements obtained from the oak of Ganoderma lucidum was low,and the content of most of the harmful elements in the processed Ganoderma lucidum products increased,among which the water extraction process in the finished products was the main influencing factor.The results showed that the quality of dry Ganoderma lucidum products from Longquan,Jingning and Hangzhou was good,and the contents of heavy metal elements did not exceed the standard.Conclusion This study provided a new quality control and safety evaluation method for the cultivation and deep processing of Ganoderma lucidum.
