摘  要:干式空心电抗器由于结构简单、价格低、基本免维护等优势在国内获得广泛应用。由于运行环境恶劣及自身质量原因,干式电抗器发生故障起火的情况频繁出现,严重危害变电站内设备安全。由于大多数故障发展迅速,电抗器在保护动作前已经烧蚀或起火,现有的保护配置很难起到快速切除故障保护电抗器的作用。以某500 kV变电站主变压器低压侧35 kV电抗器烧损事故为例,通过分析故障后的保护动作行为及故障录波,明确故障初期保护装置不能快速切断故障的原因,同时对目前工程应用中干式空心电抗器的保护配置情况进行探讨,并对电抗器安全运行的防护措施提出建议。Dry-type air-core reactors are widely used in China because of its simple structure,low price and basically maintenance free.However,due to the poor operating environment and its own quality,the burnout fault of dry-type reactor occur frequently,which seriously endangers the safety of equipment in substation.Most faults develop rapidly,and the reactor has been ablated or caught fire before the protection action.The existing protection configuration is difficult to quickly remove the fault protection reactor.Taking a 35 kV reactor burnout fault at the low voltage side of the transformer of a 500 kV substation as an example,by analyzing the protection action behavior and fault recording after the fault,the reason why the protection device can not quickly cut off the fault in the initial stage of the fault was clarified.Meanwhile,the protection configuration of dry-type air core reactor in the current engineering application was discussed,and the protective measures for the safe operation of the reactor were put forward.
