摘 要:近年来,国家鼓励各大医院健全“互联网+医疗健康”的服务体系,从而进一步改善“就医难”的问题,但现实医院的具体服务流程仍存在挂号难、候诊时间长但就诊时间短、检查复诊之间连续性差、缴费繁琐等问题亟待解决。该文在对医院服务流程研究基础上,重新审视各个环节,深入了解其劣势,运用流程再造理论,针对性地提出改进方案,并运用Anylogic软件进行仿真模拟实验,促进形成以患者为中心的医院服务模式。In recent years,the government has encouraged major hospitals to improve the service system of"Internet+medical health",so as to further improve the problem of"difficult access to medical services".However,in reality,the specific service process of hospitals still has difficulties in registration,long waiting time but short medical treatment time.The problems of poor continuity between inspection and follow-up,and cumbersome payment need to be solved urgently.Based on the research on the hospital service process,this paper re-examines each link,deeply understands its disadvantages,applies the theory of process reengineering,puts forward targeted improvement plans,and uses Anylogic software to conduct simulation experiments to promote the formation of patient-centered hospital services model.
