摘　　要：临床药师参与救治难治性肺炎支原体肺炎患者,根据患者细菌耐药情况及既往用药史,针对病情调整为莫西沙星联合利福平双联抗感染治疗方案,并对药物相互作用及药物不良反应进行药学监护。调整方案后,患者症状好转后出院。Clinical pharmacists participated in treating one patient with refractory Mycoplasmal pneumonia.According to the bacterial resistance,past medication history and conditions of the patient,clinical pharmacist adjusted the medication regimen to the double anti-infection treatment of Moxisaxing combined with rifampin,and performed pharmaceutical care for the drug interactions and adverse drug reactions.After the adjustment,the patient was discharged after the symptoms were improved.
