摘　　要：【目的】通过一年多基于Literatum平台研发英文期刊出版平台的实践,总结分析Atypon公司及其学术出版平台的主要特性和关键技术,为中国科技期刊自主研发出版传播平台提供参考。【方法】运用网络调查、实证调研结合建设实践,学习和了解Atypon的产品特点和服务体系,剖析Literatum平台在个性化科技出版建设中的应用、项目管理体系及产品演进方向。【结果】中华医学会杂志社与Atypon历时一年共同打造出国内第一家基于Literatum平台的集群化医学期刊出版平台,深度体验Literatum平台UX3.0和Page Builder的前端优势,学习其融入国际科技内容传播体系中的标准建设和服务整合能力,以及项目管理体系和AI技术的应用情况。【结论】中华医学会杂志社探索出一条全新的期刊集群化出版平台的建设路径,但打造世界一流的出版传播平台依然任重道远,仍需吸纳国际出版平台建设理念和技术体系,吸收国际成熟技术服务商的管理经验。[Purposes] With the publishing platform for English journals which was developed based on Literatum as an example, we summarize and analyze the main characteristics and key techniques of Atypon and its academic publishing platform: Literatum, hoping to provide a reference for the independent development of digital publishing platform for Chinese scientific journals. [Methods] Based on network investigation, empirical investigation, and practice, the product features and services of Atypon were clarified, and the application of Literatum in the development of customized scientific publishing platform, project management, and product evolution was analyzed. [Findings] Chinese Medical Association Publishing House and Atypon jointly built the first Literatum-based clustered medical journal publishing platform in China, and we have benefited a lot from the UX3.0 and Page Builder of Literatum and elucidated the ability of this platform to integrate standard construction and services of international dissemination system, as well as the project management system and AI application of this platform. [Conclusions] Chinese Medical Association Publishing House has explored a novel method for the development of clustered digital publishing platform. However, we still have a long way to go to build a world-class platform. For this to happen, we should make full use of international technical system in the construction of publishing platforms and learn from the experience of technical facilitators in the management of platforms.
