摘 要:为响应清洁环保、低能源消耗的号召,设计一款基于MCGS和PLC的太阳能热水工程循环控制系统。从热水工程整体结构出发,分析系统热水循环原理,设计PLC控制方案,完成系统硬件和软件控制流程设计,设计MCGS人机控制界面,实现控制系统的可视化,提高控制系统灵活性。该系统运行稳定可靠,设计方案可行,适用于公共集体场所的热水供应。Aiming at the current solar hot water project,in response to the call of clean and environmental protection and low energy consumption, a cycle control system of solar hot water project based on MCGS and PLC is designed in this paper.Starting from the overall structure of hot water project,this paper analyzes the principle of hot water circulation of the system, designs PLC control scheme,completes the design of system hardware and software control process,designs MCGS man-machine control interface,and realizes the visualization of control system and improves the flexibility of control system.The system runs stably and reliably,and the design scheme is feasible.It is suitable for hot water supply in public collective places.
