摘 要:研究了频移键控(Frequency-Shift Keying,FSK)信号整流电路。提出了一种用ADS软件仿真FSK信号源的方法,以此激励所设计的FSK信号整流电路。仿真发现,二进制FSK信号的整流效率随着其载波频率间隔的增大而逐渐减小,当载波频率分别为4.5 GHz和5 GHz时,在15 d Bm的输入功率下,最高整流效率为73.2%。将整流电路的输入信号换为高斯型频移键控(Gaussian Frequency-Shift Keying,GFSK)信号时,在相同条件下,整流效率提高至76.8%。该整流电路可应用于能量信息并行传输系统。In this paper,the rectifier of Frequency-Shift Keying(FSK) signal is studied.ADS software is applied to simulate the signal source of FSK signal. The forementioned signal source is utilized to stimulate the designed rectifier with FSK signal.It is found that the rectifying efficiency of binary FSK signal decreases gradually with the increase of its carrier frequency interval.The highest rectifying efficiency is 73.2% at an input power of 15 dBm when the carrier frequencies of the binary FSK signals are 4.5 GHz and 5 GHz,respectively.The input of the rectifier is changed to a Gaussian frequency-shift keying(GFSK) signal.Under the same condition, the rectifying efficiency is increased from 73.2% to 76.8%.The designed rectifier can be a good candidate for simultaneous wireless information and power transmission(SWIPT).
