摘　　要：介绍酒钢焦化厂一化产焦炉集气管压力PLC控制系统,通过应用西门子S7-400H控制系统冗余配置达到高可靠的目的,以满足关键环保设备控制系统的高可靠性的管理要求;应用通道冗余编程技术,实现故障通道的钝化与恢复。This paper introduces the PLC control system for the pressure of the first chemical production and collecting pipe of JISCO Coking plant.It achieves the purpose of high reliability by applying the redundancy configuration of Siemens S7-400H control system to meet the management requirements of high reliability of the control system of key environmental protection equipment.Channel redundancy programming technology is applied to realize the passivation and recovery of fault channels.
