清带汤治疗脾阴虚型带下病浅见

摘　　要：通过分析脾阴虚型带下病之病机,比较清带汤与完带汤的药物组成和证治异同,结合临床应用及体会,推测清带汤之功用当为健脾益阴、固涩止带,乃张锡纯针对脾阴虚型带下病而设。并附上医案1则以阐述应用完带汤和清带汤治疗带下病的体会。By analyzing the pathogenesis of leukorrhea with syndrome of spleen yin deficiency,the herbal composition of Qingdai tang and Wandai tang and their difference of differentiation and treatment are compared.Combined with clinical application and experience,ZHANG Xichun speculates the function of Qingdai tang is to strengthen the spleen and boost yin,secure and astring to arrest vaginal discharge in the treatment of leukorrhea with syndrome of spleen yin deficiency.A medical case is attached in this paper to illustrate the experience of using Wandai tang and Qingdai tang to treat leukorrhea.
