通痹强心汤联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛临床研究  

Clinical Study on Tongbi Qiangxin Tang Combined with Trimetazidine for Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

摘　　要：目的:观察通痹强心汤联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选取102例冠心病心绞痛患者,采用随机数字表法分为2组,每组51例。对照组给予盐酸曲美他嗪片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予通痹强心汤治疗,2组均治疗2周。比较2组临床疗效、心绞痛发作情况和血脂指标。结果:观察组总有效率94.12%,高于对照组80.39%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组心绞痛发作次数均较治疗前减少,且观察组少于对照组(P<0.05);心绞痛持续时间均较治疗前缩短,且观察组短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组TC、TG、LDL-L水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平均较治疗前升高,且观察组HDL-C水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对冠心病心绞痛患者采用通痹强心汤联合曲美他嗪治疗能够减少心绞痛发作次数,缩短心绞痛持续时间,改善血脂水平。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Tongbi Qiangxin tang combined with trimetazidine on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 102 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with trimetazidine dihydrochloride tablets,and the observation group was additionally treated with Tongbi Qiangxin tang based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for two weeks.The clinical effects,attacks of angina pectoris and indexes of blood lipid were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 94.12% in the observation group,higher than that of 80.39%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of attacks of angina pectoris in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and which in the observation group was less than in the control group(P<0.05);the duration of angina pectoris were shortened,and which in the observation gruop was shorter in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and triglyceride(TG) in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and which in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) in the tow groups were increased when compared before treatemtn,and which in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Tongbi Qiangxin tang combined with trimetazidine for patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease can reduce the number of attacks of angina pectoris,shorten the duration of angina pectoris,and improve the levels of blood lipid.
