活血逐瘀汤对股骨颈骨折人工股骨头置换术后患者康复的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察活血逐瘀汤治疗股骨颈骨折患者行人工股骨头置换术后的临床疗效。方法:选取行人工股骨头置换术的股骨颈骨折患者共60例,按简单随机法分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组术后给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予活血逐瘀汤治疗。观察2组临床疗效、髋关节功能Harris评分、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、血清炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α (TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)]水平及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组临床总有效率为100%,对照组为80.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组Harris、VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组Harris评分均较治疗前升高,VAS评分均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组Harris、VAS评分改善较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组血清TNF-α、IL-6水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组TNF-α、IL-6水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组2项指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率为3.33%,对照组为23.33%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血逐瘀汤治疗股骨颈骨折行人工股骨头置换术患者,可减轻术后疼痛和炎症反应,减少术后并发症,有助于恢复髋关节功能。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Huoxue Zhuyu tang for patients with femoral neck fracture undergoing artificial femoral head replacement.Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients with femoral neck fracture undergoing artificial femoral head replacement were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the simple randomization method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment after operation,and the observation group was additionally treated with Huoxue Zhuyu tang based on the treatment of the control group.Clinical effects,Harris scores of hip function,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),the levels of serum inflammatory factors including tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6),and the incidence of complications in the two groups were observed.Results:The total clinical effective rate was 100% in the observation group and 80.00% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the scores of Harris and VAS between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,Harris scores in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and VAS scores were decreased,differences being significant(P<0.05);the improvement of scores of Harris and VAS in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the two indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications was 3.33% in the observation group and 23.33% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Zhuyu tang for patients with femoral neck fracture undergoing artif
