摘 要:主要针对结合灌溉和供水的多级兴利调度图的计算与绘制方法进行研究。根据设计保证率选择来水过程,当来水不足时,针对3种不同保证率的情况,分别对灌溉用水和工业供水进行折减,确定水库的用水过程。比较高保证率低供水所需库容和低保证率高供水所需库容的大小关系,确定兴利库容。利用典型年径流资料,从供水期末死水位开始,逆时序调节计算,直至蓄水期初水位消落至死水位。取若干典型年蓄水过程线的上包线作为上基本调度线,即防破坏线,下包线为下基本调度线,即限制供水线。本方法是对水库调度设计规范的进一步细化和完善,具有较好的适用性与可操作性。This paper mainly studies the calculation and drawing graph of reservoir operation combining irrigation and water supply. Firstly, the water inflow process should be determined according to the required guarantee rate. When the water inflow is insufficient, the irrigation water and industrial water supply are reduced respectively according to three different guarantee rates, and the water consumption process of the reservoir is determined. At the same time, the relationship between the storage capacity required by high guarantee rate and low water supply and the storage capacity required by low guarantee rate and high water supply is compared to determine the capacity. Then, for the two cases mentioned above, the typical annual runoff data are used to adjust the calculation from the dead water level at the end of water supply period to the dead water level at the beginning of water storage period. The maximum value of several typical annual water storage process lines is taken as the upper basic control line, that is, the anti-damage line, and the minimum value is taken as the lower basic control line, that is, the restricted water supply line. The flood control effect of reservoirs should also be considered in the application of engineering examples. This method is perfect on the basis of the specification and has good applicability and operability.
