摘  要:生物多样性是人类生存的基础,更关乎人类的长远发展。为此,人类必须树立生物多样性保护理念,尊重自然、敬畏自然、保护自然。面对当前生物多样性丧失的严峻挑战,中国发出了最强声音,呼吁国际社会要秉持人与自然和谐共生的理念,共同构建地球生命共同体:维护好生命金字塔平衡,坚持人类与其他生命形式和谐共处;树立自然价值观,确保生物自然权利;优化改善生物圈环境,保护生物多样性;坚持多边主义,增进生物多样性国际交流合作;坚持以生态文明理论为引领,共同构建地球生命共同体。近年来,中国制定和实施了一系列加强生物多样性保护的政策措施,全面实施生物多样性保护重大工程,加强国际交流合作,积极推动国际生态的可持续发展,为保护和提升生物多样性、构建地球生命共同体贡献了中国智慧和中国方案。Biodiversity is not only the foundation of human survival,but also related to the long-term development of mankind.Therefore,mankind must establish the concept of biodiversity protection to respect,revere and protect nature.In the face of the severe challenge of the current loss of biodiversity,China calls on the international community to uphold the concept of harmonious coexistence between man and nature to jointly build a community of life on Earth.We need to adhere to the harmonious coexistence of mankind and other forms of life for a rational structure of the life pyramid;improve the biosphere environment to protect biodiversity;uphold multilateralism by enhancing international exchanges and cooperation on biodiversity;and be committed to the community of life on Earth under the theoretical guidance of ecological civilization.In recent years,China has formulated and implemented a series of policies and measures to strengthen the biodiversity protection,comprehensively implemented major projects for the biodiversity protection,strengthened international exchanges and cooperation,actively promoted the sustainable development of the ecology worldwide,contributing Chinese wisdom and solutions to the protection and enhancement of biodiversity and the construction of a community of life on Earth.
