摘  要:火炬式点火是一种应用很广的燃气轮机点火方式。某航改燃气轮机的燃气发生器在试运行初期出现了点火失败现象,影响了后续机组试验任务。通过仿真和实验分析了此类天然气燃料点火器的特点,得到了稳定点火的工作条件,同时采用补氧的方法提高燃烧稳定性,拓宽了点火边界,最终在选取的工况点实现了稳定点火。Torch ignition is a widely used gas turbine ignition method.Ignition failure of gas generator turbine of a aero-derivative gas turbine occurred in the early stage of operation,which affected the subsequent tests.The characteristics of this kind of igniter were analyzed through simulation and experiment,and the working conditions of stable ignition were obtained.At the same time,the oxygen supplement method was used to improve the combustion stability,broaden the ignition boundary.Finally,stable ignition was realized in the selected operating point.
