摘　　要：滑油泵是燃气轮机润滑油系统重要组成部件,起到给燃气轮机轴承润滑、传动齿轮冷却的作用。研究滑油泵运行的耐久性,可为后续改进设计提供重要试验依据。根据任务需求研制出的燃气轮机滑油泵耐久性试验台,主要包括机械结构、滑油系统、测控系统等,经验证该试验台获取的转速、流量、压力、温度等参数均满足试验要求。长时间无故障的应用表现,进一步证明了该试验台满足耐久性试验任务需求,且为相似泵类试验台研制提供借鉴参考。The lubricating oil pump is an important component of gas turbine lubricating oil system,which plays an important role in lubricating gas turbine bearings and cooling transmission gears.The study on the durability of oil pump can provide an important test basis for the following improvement design.The durability test-bench of gas turbine oil pump was developed according to the task requirement,which mainly included mechanical structure,lubricating oil system,measurement and control system,etc.It was verified that the rotational speed,flow rate,pressure,temperature and other parameters obtained by the test-bench meet the test requirements.It is proved that the test-bench meets the requirement of durability test and provides reference for the development of similar pump test-bench.
