摘  要:本文简单介绍了高低档同步器的工作原理,研究了影响高低档同步器正常工作的原因,并针对高低档切换过程同步器异常工作状态提出了一种基于液压机械无级变速器(Hydro-mechanical continuously variable transmission,HMCVT)检测和智能控制策略,即当检测到高低档切换同步器工作异常而导致换档失败时通过高低档命令的来回切换并增加相应的驱动电流来控制其恢复正常,如果高低档切换恢复正常则检测出高低档同步器为非机械故障可以自修复,否则为机械故障。测试结果表明该策略可以检测高低档同步器异常状态,并可根据非机械故障控制自修复,有效提高整车作业效率。This paper briefly introduces the working principle of high and low level synchronizer,the reasons affecting the normal operation of high and low level synchronizer are studied.At the same time,a strategy is proposed to detect and control abnormal working condition of high and low level synchronizer,meaning when the high and low level synchronizer is detected to work abnormally and which causes the shift to fail,then by switching back and forth between high and low commands and increasing drive current to control synchronizer returns to normal.If the high and low level switch returns to normal,the high and low level synchronizer is detected as a non-mechanical fault,that means it can be self-healing.Otherwise,it may be a Mechanical failure of the high and low level synchronizer.The test results show that this strategy can detect abnormal working status of high and low level synchronizer and can control the high and low level synchronizer be self-healing when it is a Non-mechanical failure.Thus this strategy can effectively improve vehicle operating efficiency.
