摘 要:根据汽车传动轴轴管叉焊接总成的加工技术要求,提出了双头相位摩擦焊机的设计方案,并选取焊机的核心部件主轴箱中的箱体和主轴为研究对象,根据三维设计方案,利用ANSYS Workbench软件建立了有限元模型。分析箱体和主轴的实际工作情况,进行了刚度和应力的静力分析,并对箱体和主轴进行了模态分析。结果表明,焊机主轴箱箱体及主轴的设计比较合理,有着较高刚度和强度的安全系数,为进一步优化结构提供了依据。According to the machining technical requirements of the automobile transmission shaft,the design scheme of the double-head phase friction welding machine is put forward.The box and the spindle are selected as the research objects.According to the 3D design scheme,the finite element model is established by using ANSYS Workbench.The actual working conditions of the spindle box and the spindle are analyzed,the static analysis of stiffness and stress is carried out,and the modal analysis is carried out too.The results show that the design of the headstock and the spindle is reasonable and has high safety factor of stiffness and strength,which provides the basis for further optimization of structure.
