摘　　要：鉴于牵引销处在SF33900卡车的车架与后桥之间的连接处,因此其作用是保证车架与后桥的稳定连接、用来缓解SF33900卡车在运行过程中存在的轴向力、作用力与反作用力、拉力等的干扰。本文重在探讨对SF33900卡车牵引销的加固措施与整改方法,重点针对牵引销本身的零件精度要求调整、避免轴向力所带来的惯性力、调整牵引销的径向力与预紧力的干扰等问题进行措施整改。结合SF33900卡车本身的特性,在结合这几方面的加固措施,定能有效的解决和改善SF33900卡车存在的隐患问题。Since the traction pin is located at the connection between the frame and the rear axle of sf33900 truck,its function is to ensure the stable connection between the frame and the rear axle and to alleviate the interference of axial force,force and reaction force,tension,etc.during the operation of SF33900 truck.This paper focuses on the reinforcement measures and rectification methods of the traction pin of sf33900 truck,focusing on the adjustment of the part accuracy requirements of the traction pin itself,avoiding the inertia force caused by the axial force,and adjusting the interference of the radial force and preload of the traction pin.Combined with the characteristics of SF33900 truck and the reinforcement measures in these aspects,the hidden dangers of SF33900 truck can be effectively solved and improved.
