摘  要:以高炉渣和低碳铬铁合金渣为主要原料采用熔融法制备微晶玻璃,通过正交试验优化热处理制度,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)、醋酸缓冲溶液法等手段对所制备的微晶玻璃进行微观形貌及重金属铬的浸出等检测。结果表明:最优热处理制度为核化温度800℃、核化时间2 h、晶化温度990℃、晶化时间0.5 h,此制度下制备的微晶玻璃抗折强度高达135.15 MPa,主晶相为透辉石,晶粒形貌呈方块状,且能有效固化重金属铬,符合建筑装饰材料的要求。In this paper,blast furnace slag and low-carbon chromium iron alloy slag are used as the main raw materials to prepare glass-ceramics by melting method.The heat treatment system is optimized through orthogonal test.The micro morphology and leaching of heavy metal chromium of the prepared glass-ceramics were detected by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),acetic acid buffer solution method and other means.The results show that the optimal heat treatment system is nucleation temperature 800℃,nucleation time 2h,crystallization temperature 990℃ and crystallization time 0.5h.Under this system,the flexural strength of the prepared glass ceramics is up to 135.15MPa,the main crystal phase is diopside,the grain morphology is square,and can effectively cure heavy metal chromium,which meets the requirements of building decoration materials.
