共同富裕视野下乡村振兴理论研究前沿问题及发展方向

摘　　要：深入研究乡村振兴面临的理论前沿问题,准确回答好农业农村农民现代化进程中的时代之问,为全面推进高质量乡村振兴促进共同富裕提供理论支撑,对于做好乡村振兴这篇大文章,具有基础性、战略性和现实性意义。文章系统梳理阐述党的新时代“三农”工作创新理论和共同富裕理论的基础,并以此为指导从中国特色的反贫困理论和脱贫攻坚精神、从脱贫攻坚到乡村振兴历史性转移的理论思考、乡村振兴的理论基础、全面推进乡村振兴的理论意涵、防止返贫与乡村振兴的理论逻辑、脱贫攻坚及乡村振兴与共同富裕的理论议题、乡村振兴的动力论、融合发展与乡村全面振兴的理论框架、国际乡村发展理论与战略的演进、中国特色乡村振兴道路论纲等分析了共同富裕视野下全面推进乡村振兴需要深化研究的10个理论前沿问题。基于对这些问题所蕴含的更深层次的理论认识,从10个方面论述了乡村振兴理论研究的发展方向。It is of fundamental,strategic and practical significance to the better advancement of rural revitalization to carry out in-depth frontier theoretical study on rural revitalization,accurately answer questions of the times in the process of modernization of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and provide theoretical support for comprehensively advancing high-quality rural revitalization and promoting common prosperity.Based on the systematic expounding of and guided by the Party’s innovative theory of the work related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers and the theory of common prosperity in the New Era,this paper analyses ten frontier theoretical issues that are in need of in-depth study in comprehensively advancing high-quality rural revitalization from the perspective of common prosperity:antipoverty theory with Chinese characteristics and the Poverty Alleviation Spirit,theoretical reflections on the historical shift from poverty alleviation to rural revitalization,theoretical basis of rural revitalization,theoretical implicatons of comprehensively advancing rural revitalization,theoretical logic of preventing people from falling back into poverty and rural revitalization,theoretical issues on poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in relation with common prosperity,dynamic theory of rural revitalization,theoretical framework of integrated development and rural revitalization,evolution of international rural development theories and strategies,and theoretical outline of the road to rural revitalization with Chinese characteristics.In light of the deeper theoretical understanding of these issues,this paper further discusses development directions of theoretical study on rural revitalization from ten aspects.
