摘　　要：目的探讨以问题为导向的沟通干预模式对冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后患者疾病知识掌握程度、自我护理能力的影响。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2019年1—12月在阜阳市人民医院行PCI的84例冠心病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为试验组及对照组,各42例。对照组给予常规护理干预模式,试验组给予以问题为导向的沟通干预模式。应用冠心病疾病相关知识调查表、心力衰竭自我护理指数量表(SCHFI)评价干预效果。结果试验组患者冠心病疾病知识调查表中各维度得分及SCHFI各分量表得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以问题为导向的沟通干预模式能够提高冠心病PCI术后患者对疾病知识的掌握程度和自我护理能力。Objective To explore the effect of problem-oriented communication mode on the mastery of disease knowledge and self-care ability of patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods From January to December 2019,84 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent PCI in Fuyang People's Hospital were selected by convenience sampling as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group,42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the experimental group received problem-oriented communication mode.Coronary Heart Disease Knowledge Questionnaire and Self-Care of Heart Failure Index(SCHFI)were used to evaluate the intervention effect.Results The scores of each dimension in the Coronary Heart Disease Knowledge Questionnaire and the scores of each subscale of SCHFI in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Problem-oriented communication mode can improve the mastery of disease knowledge and self-care ability of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.
