摘 要:可再生粗集料混凝土作为新型绿色建材已成为国际学术界研究的热门话题,并获得具备广泛发展前景的新技术研究成果。通过对掺有不同再生粗集料颗粒替代率的再生粗骨料混凝土进行单轴抗压试验和应力-应变试验,得出再生粗集料颗粒掺杂度对试验材料本构模型的影响,并深入研究再生粗集料颗粒掺杂度对于试块的抗压能力、弹性模量、峰值应力以及极限应变等的变化规律。试验结果表明:再生粗集料替代率为30%时,粉煤灰再生粗集料混凝土的抗压强度指标优于试验中其他替代参数;在再生粗集料替代率为20%的混凝土中掺入适量粉煤灰后,其峰值应变增加0.042、极限应变增加0.191,效果最为显著。根据试验结果拟合出再生粗集料混凝土本构模型,此本构关系对描述再生粗集料混凝土试块受压变化规律效果良好;通过对试验数据进行分析,得到再生粗集料混凝土本构参数与再生粗集料替代率的关系。Recycled coarse aggregate concrete as a new green building material has become a hot topic in academic research and some promising technical achievements have been made. Uniaxial compression test and stress-strain test were carried out on recycled coarse aggregate concrete with different replacement rates of recycled coarse aggregate. The effect of recycled coarse aggregate content on the constitutive model of the test material was obtained, and the variation law of particle doping degree of recycled coarse aggregate on the compressive capacity, elastic modulus, peak stress and ultimate strain of the test block was deeply studied. The tests results show that when the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate is 30%, the compressive strength index of fly ash recycled coarse aggregate concrete is better than other replacement parameters in the test. The peak strain of the test block with the regeneration aggregate replacement rate of 20% increases by 0.042 and 0.191 after the addition of appropriate fly ash, which shows the most obvious effect. The constitutive model of recycled coarse aggregate concrete was fitted according to the test results. This constitutive relation is effective in describing the compression variation law of recycled coarse concrete test block. The relationship between the constitutive parameters of recycled coarse aggregate concrete and the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate is obtained through the analysis of the test data.
