摘 要:对混凝土直接胶接缝、打磨胶接缝、直接湿接缝和凿毛湿接缝试件分别开展氯盐浸泡和中性盐雾对比试验,分析混凝土试件抗氯离子侵蚀性能。结果表明,侵蚀时间相同,盐雾环境下混凝土受侵蚀程度与盐溶液浸泡环境相接近,盐雾环境下随侵蚀深度增加混凝土中氯离子质量分数下降更为明显;在混凝土厚度超过40 mm时,氯离子浓度随时间增长趋于缓慢;湿接缝优于胶接缝,界面凿毛或打磨处理的接缝优于不做处理的接缝。因此,盐雾环境下接缝处的氯离子侵蚀防护对提高桥梁耐久性至关重要,宜优先采用经界面处理的湿接缝工艺。Chloride salt immersion test and neutral salt spray test were carried out to compare and analyze the resistance in four types,which is glue joint with untreated interface,glue joint with polished interface,wet joint with untreated interface and wet joint with roughened interface.The results show that the erosion degree of concrete in the salt spray was close to that in salt solution with the same erosion time.The mass fraction of chloride ion in concrete in salt spray decreased more obviously with the increase of erosion depth than that in salt solution.When the concrete protective layer reached 40 mm,the concentration of chloride ion increased slowly with time.The durability of wet joints was better than that of glue joints,and the durability of joints with polished or roughened interface was better than that of corresponding joints without treatment.Therefore,the protection of chloride ion erosion at the joints under salt spray is very important to improve the durability of bridges,and the wet joint process with polished interface should be preferred.
