摘 要:高寒隧道冻结锋面作为保温层设计计算的重要参考,对高寒隧道工程保温建设具有重要指导价值。为完善通风条件下高寒隧道冻结锋面理论计算,本文以某高寒隧道为工程依托,基于风流场高寒隧道洞内纵向气温计算模型,联合单管冻结理论计算与瞬态热传导物体热流量,给出通风条件下高寒隧道三区域冻结锋面计算模型理论解;对比分析冻结锋面理论计算结果与高寒隧道实测数据,并修正了冻结锋面理论解。修正后的冻结锋面理论解可用于现场高寒隧道近似估算以及温度数值解的准确性检验。As an important reference for the design and calculation of thermal insulation layer, the frozen front of alpine tunnel has important guiding value for the thermal insulation construction of alpine tunnel engineering. In order to improve the theoretical calculation of freezing front of alpine tunnel under ventilation, this paper takes an alpine tunnel as the engineering support, based on the longitudinal air temperature calculation model in alpine tunnel under wind flow field, combined with single pipe freezing theoretical calculation and transient heat conduction object heat flow, gives the theoretical solution of three area freezing front calculation model of alpine tunnel under ventilation, compares and analyzes the theoretical calculation value of freezing front with the measured data of an alpine tunnel, and modifies the theoretical solution of the frozen front. The modified frozen front theoretical solution can be used for the approximate estimation of on-site alpine tunnel and the accuracy test of temperature numerical solution.
