摘  要:为保证桥梁合理成桥状态,本文基于灰色理论预测系统基本原理和参数预测过程,针对跨度125 m+4×230 m+125 m超长联矮塔斜拉桥开展施工监控应用研究;为实现斜拉桥线形和索力有效双控,利用有限元软件构建整体模型,分析各工况下主梁结构内力、变形及索力变化情况,并将计算结果和监测及预测结果进行对比验证分析。实践证明,利用综合控制理论及现场监控方法可保证桥梁合龙精度和成桥状态符合设计要求,索塔、主梁应力均小于规范限值,说明成桥结构整体处于稳定状态,其内力与预期结果相吻合。To ensure the reasonable state of the completed bridge, based on the basic principles and parameter prediction process of the grey theory prediction system, this paper conducts construction monitoring and application research on the super long combined low tower cable-stayed bridge with a span of 125 m+4×230 m+125 m. In order to achieve the effective dual control of cable-stayed bridge linear shape and cable force, the finite element software is used to build an overall model, analyze the internal forces, deformation and cable force changes of the main girder structure under various working conditions, and compare and verify the calculation results with monitoring and prediction results. Practice has proved that the use of comprehensive control theory and on-site monitoring methods can ensure that the accuracy of the bridge and the completed bridge state meet the design requirements, and the stress of the tower and the main girder is less than the standard limit, indicating that the whole completed bridge structure is in a stable state, and its internal force is consistent with the expected results.
