摘　　要：目的:探讨经肛门吻合器痔切除围手术期不用抗生素对患者恢复的影响。方法:将经肛门吻合器痔切除术患者60例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者术前、术后第1天、术后第2天各用一次奥硝唑氯化钠注射液(0.5g),观察组患者于术前、术中及术后均未使用任何抗生素药物,比较2组患者术后各项指标。结果:2组患者住院时间及创面愈合时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组患者创口感染率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组患者术后体温、外周血白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比及C反应蛋白水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:经肛门吻合器痔切除围手术期不用抗生素具有一定可行性,与使用抗生素比较,患者创口感染发生情况、住院时间、创面愈合时间等指标均无显著性差异,且对手术创口愈合无明显影响,表明手术期间不使用抗生素是安全的。Objective To investigate the influence of no-using antibiotics at perioperation of stapled transanal hemorrhoidectomy(STAH)on patients’recovery.Methods Randomy divided 60patients to be received STAH in author’s hospital into control group(30cases,before surgery,and on the 1st and 2nd after surgery,1time/day,injected with NaCl injection of austrian(0.5g/time)]and observation group(30cases,not any injection of antibiotics before surgery,intraoperatively,and after surgery);then,compared both groups’every postoperative norms.Results In hospitalization time and wound-surface healing time there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);and,in patients’postoperative body temperature,in the leakocyte counts of peripheral blood,in the percentage of neutrophils,and in the level of CRP,there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion No-using antibiotics at perioperation of STAH has certain feasibility,compared to using antibiotics,in wound-infection,hospitalization time,in wound healing time,etc has no statistical difference,more than,no influence on wound healing which indicates during surgery no-using antibiotics being safe.
