摘 要:目的探讨支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)宏基因组学二代测序(mNGS)对侵袭性肺真菌病(IPFD)的诊断价值。方法选择焦作市人民医院2020年5月至2022年5月收治的23例IPFD患者为研究对象。患者均行BALF真菌涂片镜检与培养(传统检测)和mNGS检测,比较BALF传统检测与BALF mNGS检测的阳性率。结果BALF传统检测阳性率为30.43%(7/23),BALF mNGS检测阳性率为95.65%(22/23);mNGS检测的阳性率显著高于传统检测(χ^(2)=20.538,P<0.05)。结论BALF mNGS检测诊断IPFD的敏感性高于传统检测。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of metagenomics next-generation sequencing(mNGS)of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)in invasive pulmonary fungal diseases(IPFD).Methods A total of 23 patients with IPFD admitted to Jiaozuo People′s Hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects.All patients underwent BALF fungal smear microscopy and culture(traditional detection)and mNGS detection.The positive rates of BALF traditional detection and BALF mNGS detection were compared.Results The positive rate of BALF traditional detection and mNGS detection in IPFD was 30.43%(7/23),95.65%(22/23),respectively;the positive rate of BALF mNGS detection was significantly higher than that of BALF traditional detection(χ^(2)=20.538,P<0.05).Conclusion The sensitivity of BALF mNGS detection is higher than that of the BALF traditional detection in diagnosis of IPFD.
