摘　　要：我国脱贫攻坚战取得全面胜利,如何巩固脱贫成果助力乡村振兴,切实防止返贫成为理论与实践领域关注的焦点。黑龙江省地处我国东北部,北部和东部与俄罗斯隔江相望,创新利用俄罗斯的TRIZ理论实现黑龙江省“农产品+直播”精准防返贫。该文对绿色金融视角下黑龙江省“农产品+直播”精准防返贫的途径进行研究,对后精准扶贫时代的返贫风险及对策研究具有一定的借鉴。China has achieved an overall victory in the battle against poverty.How to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation to help rural revitalization,and effectively prevent the return to poverty has become a focus in the field of theory and practice.Heilongjiang Province is located in the northeast of our country,across the river from Russia in the north and east.Heilongjiang Province innovatively utilized Russia’s TRIZ theory to realize the precision prevention of"agricultural products+live broadcast"and return to poverty.This paper studies the precise way of"agricultural products+live broadcast"to prevent poverty return in Heilongjiang Province from the perspective of green finance,which has certain reference for the risk of poverty return and countermeasure research in the post-precision poverty alleviation era.
