摘 要:本文针对某空调箱温度线性的现状,通过对空调箱内部流场及温度场进行CFD仿真分析,监测各风门开度空调箱暖风风量占比曲线和风道出风总平均温度曲线,优化调整了温度风门附近壳体的关键尺寸。经验证,实验测得的新温度线性数据与仿真结果吻合较好,满足了客户对温度线性的要求,新方案也不影响空调箱总风量及噪声性能。对汽车空调的温度线性分析具有参考价值。The paper is aimed to solve the temperature linearity’s problem in an air conditioning. The flow and temperature field has be researched for the air conditioning by CFD simulation analysis, which is monitoring the proportion curve of the warm air’s volume and the curve of the total average temperature in the duct. It optimizes and adjusts the key dimensions of the shell near the temperature air door. It has been proved that the new linear temperature data measured by the experiment is in good agreement with the simulation results, which meets the customer’s requirements for temperature linearity. The new scheme does not affect the total air volume and noise performance of the air conditioning box. It has reference value for linear temperature analysis of automobile air conditioner.
