摘 要:在变形温度为980、1050、1100和1150℃,变形量为0%、10%、30%、50%的条件下,对23Co14Ni12Cr3MoE(A-100)钢晶粒度和显微组织演变规律进行了研究。同时在变形温度为1050℃的条件下,对加热火次对A-100钢晶粒度和显微组织演变规律进行了研究。结果表明变形温度1050℃、变形量30%~50%、一火次成形可以得到8级以上的晶粒度,为较优化的锻造工艺参数。最后采用该工艺参数试制了某型号A-100钢模锻件,首次在国内取得了σ_(b)>1950 MPa,K_(IC)>150 MPa·m^(-2)综合性能优良的细晶化A-100钢大型模锻件。Under the conditions of deformation temperature 980、1050、1100 and 1150℃,and deformation amount of 0%、10%、30%、50%,the grain size and microstructure evolution of 23Co14Ni12Cr3MoE(A-100)steel were studied.At the same time,under the condition of deformation temperature 1050℃,the evolution law of grain size and microstructure of A-100 steel by heating and firing was studied.The results show that the grain size above 8 grade can be obtained by the deformation temperature 1050℃,the deformation amount of 30%~50%and the one-fire sub-forming,which is the optimal forging process parameters.Finally a type of A-100100 steel die was trialed by using the process parameters obtained.For the first time,the die forging of σ_(b)>1950 MPa,K_(IC)>150 MPa·m^(-2) were obtained in china,which has excellent comprehensive performance.
