摘 要:当前工业炉自动调节主要方式为简化工业炉为若干独立对象,设置对应调节系统,在实际运行环境下各系统间存在一定的耦合关系,任何变量控制均会影响其他变量变化。因此基于模糊解耦控制设计工业炉燃烧控制系统,以改善多输入输出变量之间的强耦合性与系统结构非线性,具有十分重要的现实意义。据此,以模糊控制法进行了工业炉燃烧系统解耦控制研究,并基于Matlab进行了仿真分析,结果表明基于模糊解耦控制算法的工业炉燃烧系统的炉膛负压、主汽压力、炉膛温度在超调量、响应时间、调节时间层面的表现均优于常规PID控制算法。At present, the main mode of automatic regulation of industrial furnace is to simplify the industrial furnace into several independent objects and set corresponding regulation systems.Under the actual operation environment, there is a certain coupling relationship between various systems, and any variable control will affect the changes of other variables.Therefore, it is of great practical significance to design the combustion control system of industrial furnace based on fuzzy decoupling control to improve the strong coupling between multiple input and output variables and the nonlinearity of system structure.Therefore, the decoupling control of industrial furnace combustion system is studied by fuzzy control method, and the simulation analysis is carried out based on Matlab.The results show that the furnace negative pressure, main steam pressure and furnace temperature of industrial furnace combustion system based on fuzzy decoupling control algorithm are better than conventional PID control algorithm in terms of overshoot, response time and regulation time.
