摘 要:为了提高加热炉的控制精度,将厚板生产工艺作为主要研究对象,设计出厚板加热炉自动燃烧控制系统。采用外接设备的方式,使其与内部设备的共同作用,有利于提高加热炉燃烧控制系统的控制精度。通过对模型进行实验验证,实现加热炉燃烧控制系统数学模型的整体优化。该模型的优化结果显示,加热炉燃烧控制系统数学模型的出炉温度与实际测量温度之间的偏差值小于10 K,符合系统设计要求。In order to improve the control accuracy of the heating furnace, the thick plate production processis taken as the main research object, and designs the automatic combustion control system of the thick plate heating furnace.It is beneficial to improve the control precision of the combustion control system of the heating furnace by using external equipment and making it interact with internal equipment.Through the experimental verification of the model, the overall optimization of the mathematical model of the heating furnace combustion control system is realized.The optimization results of the model show that the deviation between the discharge temperature of the mathematical model and the actual measured temperature is less than 10 K, which meets the design requirements of the system.
