摘　　要：重点回顾了陕西锌业有限公司锌精矿焙烧硫酸装置转化工序高效气体换热器的设计和生产运行维护情况,结合新建渣处理项目烟气处理过程中出现的问题提出了解决措施,并在此基础上提出了技术改进思路,为进一步挖潜改造提供借鉴。The design,operation and maintenance of the high-efficiency gas heat exchanger in the conversion process of the zinc concentrate roasting sulphuric acid unit of Shaanxi Zinc Industry Co.,Ltd.are reviewed,and the solutions are put forward in combination with the problems in the flue gas treatment process of the newly-built slag treatment project.On this basis,the technical improvement ideas are put forward,which provide reference for the the further development and transformation.
