摘  要:文中提出了一种可兼容四/五线制LVDT传感器信号调理电路。该电路的优势是不需更改硬件可对四/五线制LVDT传感器信号进行调理,将LVDT传感器位移比率信息转换为直流电压的幅值,幅值与比率成正比。该电路基于某集成LVDT调理芯片实现,通过五线制接口调理电路、四/五线制接口切换电路实现四/五线制LVDT传感器的兼容设计。并使用LVDT仿真板卡搭建了试验平台,完成了对该电路的验证,结果表明输出电压与LVDT传感器位移具有较好的线性度,全量程最大误差为-0.3%,并且输出电压幅值可通过电阻R调节。A sensor signal conditioning circuit compatible with 4/5-wire LVDT was proposed.The advantage of this circuit was that it can condition the 4/5-wire LVDT sensor signal without changing the hardware, and convert the LVDT sensor displacement ratio information into the magnitude of the DC voltage, and the magnitude was proportional to the ratio.The circuit was implemented based on an integrated LVDT conditioning chip, and the compatible design of the 4/5-wire LVDT sensor was realized through a 5-wire interface conditioning circuit and a 4/5-wire interface switching circuit.The LVDT simulation board was used to build a test platform to complete the verification of the circuit, the results show that the output voltage and the displacement of the LVDT sensor have good linearity, the maximum error of the full scale is-0.3%,and the output voltage amplitude can be adjusted through the resistance Rregulation.
