摘　　要：Gremlin 1是转化生长因子β超家族成员,早期研究发现其参与了胚胎的形成、发育及分化,具有抑制骨和软骨形成的作用。在糖代谢中,Gremlin 1可以拮抗胰岛素;在脂代谢中,Gremlin 1可以调节人脂肪细胞的形成和分化,并抑制白色脂肪棕色化。本文就近年来Gremlin 1在糖脂代谢及相关疾病的研究进展进行综述,为治疗糖脂代谢相关疾病提供理论依据。Gremlin 1 is a member of the transforming growth factor-βsuperfamily.Early studies have found that it participates in the formation,development,and differentiation of embryos and inhibits the formation of bone and cartilage.In glucose metabolism,Gremlin 1 can antagonize insulin action;in lipid metabolism,Gremlin 1 can regulate the formation and differentiation of human adipocytes and inhibit browning of white adipocytes.This article reviews the research progress of Gremlin 1 in glucolipid metabolism and related diseases in recent years,in order to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of glucolipid metabolism related diseases.
