摘 要:为丰富桑枝屑栽培灵芝相关技术参数,明确桑枝屑的最适颗粒度,以20、18、14、12、8 mm 5个不同粒径桑枝屑配方(45%桑枝屑、45%玉米芯、5%麸皮、4%玉米粉、1%石膏)代料栽培‘川圆芝1号’,比较不同处理灵芝菌丝生长速度、子实体性状、产量和活性成分。结果表明,中等颗粒度(8~14 mm)桑枝屑栽培灵芝可促进菌丝较快生长(6.27 mm/d);而桑枝颗粒度为18 mm时,灵芝单朵鲜重及产量最大,分别达95.59、34.10 g/袋,且子实体三萜酸和多糖含量较高(1.33、1.20 g/100 g)。综上,以18 mm颗粒度的桑枝屑栽培灵芝更加优质高产。To enrich the technical parameters of Ganoderma lucidum cultivation with mulberry chips and determine the optimum particle size of mulberry chips, the G. lucidum cultivar‘Chuanyuanzhi No.1’was cultivated with different-particle-size mulberry chips(20, 18, 14, 12 and 8 mm) in bags and the mycelial growth rate, morphological characters and active components of the fruiting bodies and yield of different treatments were compared in this study. The substrates consisted of 45% mulberry chips, 45% corncob, 5%bran, 4% corn flour and 1% gypsum. Results showed that the mycelia grew fastest in the substrates with medium-particle-size mulberry chips(8-14 mm) with the growth rate of 6.27 mm/d. However, G. lucidum cultivated with 18 mm-particle-size mulberry chips(D18) had the biggest fresh single weight(95.59 g) and yield(34.10 g/bag). In addition, treatment D18 had higher content of triterpenoid acid and polysaccharide in the fruiting bodies, reaching 1.33 and 1.20 g/100 g, respectively. Conclusively, G. lucidum cultivated with18 mm-particle-size mulberry chips had higher yield and better quality.
