摘  要:试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平蝇蛆粉对肉鸡生长和屠宰性能、肉质性状及血清生化指标的影响。试验选择21日龄健康黄羽肉鸡180只,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复12只鸡(公母各半)。5个处理分别饲喂添加蝇蛆粉为0(A组对照)、1.60%(B组)、3.20%(C组)、4.70%(D组)、6.40%(E组)的饲粮,试验期21 d。结果表明:①42日龄,各试验组的平均日增重(ADG)与A组差异不显著(P>0.05),A组的平均日采食量(ADFI)显著高于C组(P<0.05),同时,料重比(F/G)又显著高于D组和E组(P<0.05);②不同水平蝇蛆粉对肉鸡的屠宰指标均无显著影响(P>0.05);③D组的肉品质中腿肌pH45 min、亮度及胸肌红度与A组差异显著(P<0.05);④D组、E组的血清总蛋白(TP)和白蛋白(ALB)显著高于A组(P<0.05),且E组的球蛋白(GLB)显著高于A组(P<0.05);在血糖(GLU)、总胆固醇(TC)和三酰甘油(TG)的含量上,C组、D组、E组均显著高于A组(P<0.05)。结合经济效益,蝇蛆粉添加量4.7%可作为一个参考添加水平。The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of different levels of maggots in the di⁃et on broiler chicken growth performance,slaughter performance,meat quality and serum biochemistry.In this experiment,180 healthy yellow-feathered chickens of 21-day-old were selected and randomly di⁃vided into five groups,three replicates in each group and 12 chickens in each repetition(half of male and female).The five treatments were fed with the diet supplemented with 0(control group A),1.60%(group B),3.20%(group C),4.70%(group D),and 6.40%(group E)of maggots powder,and the test peri⁃od was 21 days.The results showed that:①The average daily weight gain(ADG)of the test groups was not significantly different from the control group(P>0.05);the average daily feed intake(ADFI)of group A was significantly higher than that of group C(P<0.05);at the same time,the feed weight ratio(F/G)was significantly higher than that of groups D and E(P<0.05);②Different levels of maggots had no sig⁃nificant effect on the slaughter indexes(P>0.05);③The pH45 min and L*of leg muscle,a*of pectoral mus⁃cle of group D were significantly different from those of group A(P<0.05);④For the serum total protein(TP)and albumin(ALB)content,the groups D and E were significantly higher than group A(P<0.05),and the globulin(GLB)content in the group E was significantly higher than that in group A(P<0.05),the contents of blood glucose(GLU),total cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG)in the groups C,D and E were significantly higher than those of group A(P<0.05).Combined with econom⁃ic benefit consideration,adding 4.7%of maggot could be used as a reference level.
