摘 要:试验旨在研究微生态制剂对肉牛生长性能、养分消化率、抗氧化和肝功能的影响。选择体重相近[(340±20)kg]的西门塔尔杂交肉牛20头,按体重随机分为4个处理组,每个处理5个重复,分别在基础饲粮中添加0(对照组)、3 g/(头·d)植物乳杆菌制剂(试验Ⅰ组)、3 g/(头·d)酶制剂(试验Ⅱ组)、植物乳杆菌和酶制剂各3 g/(头·d)(试验Ⅲ组)。预试期14 d,正试期30 d。结果表明:与对照组比较,试验组的平均日采食量和平均日增重均显著提高(P<0.05),料重比均显著降低(P<0.05);干物质、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维的表观消化率显著提高(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组的CP表观消化率分别显著增加了4.16%和4.46%(P<0.05);试验组丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05),过氧化氢酶和总抗氧化能力显著提高(P<0.05),试验组与对照组之间超氧化物歧化酶差异均不显著(P>0.05);试验组谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶和乳酸脱氢酶含量差异均不显著(P>0.05)。综上可知,微生态制剂(植物乳杆菌及酶制剂)在肉牛生产中具有积极的促进作用,其中以植物乳杆菌与酶制剂组合利用效果最好。The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of probiotics on beef cattle produc⁃tion performance,nutrient digestibility,oxidation resistance and liver function.A total of 20 Simmental hy⁃brid beef cattle with similar body weight(340±20)kg were selected and randomly divided into four treatment groups according to body weight,each treatment had five replicates,and 0(control group),3 g/(head·d)Lactobacillus plantarum preparation(test groupⅠ),3 g/(head·d)enzyme preparation(test groupⅡ),3 g/(head·d)each of Lactobacillus plantarum and enzyme preparation(test groupⅢ)were supplemented in the basal diet respectively.The pre-feeding period was 14 days,and the trial period was 30 days.The results showed that:Compared with the control group,the feed intake and daily gain of the test groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed-to-weight ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05);The apparent digestibility of DM,NDF and ADF was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the apparent digestibility of CP in test groupsⅡandⅢincreased by 4.16%and 4.46%(P<0.05),respectively;Malo⁃ndialdehyde content in the test groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05),catalase content and total an⁃tioxidant capacity were significantly increased(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in SOD between the experimental groups and the control group(P>0.05);ALT group,AST,ALP and LDH contents in the experimental groups were not sig⁃nificantly different(P>0.05).To sum up,microeco⁃logical preparations(Lactobacillus plantarum and enzyme preparations)had a positive role in promoting beef cattle production.Among them,Lactobacillus plantarum combined with enzyme preparation had the best effect.
