益气舒筋汤联合脊柱局部正骨推拿治疗颈腰背痛患者的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究益气舒筋汤联合脊柱局部正骨推拿治疗颈腰背痛患者的临床疗效。方法80例颈腰背痛患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组采用益气舒筋汤治疗,观察组采用益气舒筋汤联合脊柱局部正骨推拿治疗。对比两组治疗效果、疼痛评分、生活质量评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率97.50%高于对照组的72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组疼痛评分均低于本组治疗前,且观察组疼痛评分(2.63±0.96)分低于对照组的(6.96±2.63)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生理功能(PF)、生理职能(RP)、躯体疼痛(BP)、总体健康(CH)、社会功能(SF)、情感职能(RE)、精神健康(MH)、活力(VT)评分分别为(95.77±23.96)、(96.79±30.36)、(95.89±25.77)、(95.45±24.89)、(95.89±36.85)、(96.52±36.44)、(98.55±40.19)、(99.78±45.85)分,均高于对照组的(71.85±35.15)、(67.56±20.15)、(68.89±20.15)、(71.96±25.11)、(70.96±30.45)、(68.52±25.41)、(71.63±29.89)、(69.33±20.19)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气舒筋汤联合脊柱局部正骨推拿治疗颈腰背痛,可有效改善患者疼痛情况及生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Shujin decoction combined with local spine bone-setting massage on patients with neck and low back pain.Methods A total of 80 patients with neck and low back pain were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Yiqi Shujin decoction,while the observation group was treated with Yiqi Shujin decoction combined with local spine bone-setting massage.The therapeutic effect,pain score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 97.50%of the observation group was higher than 72.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain scores of the two groups were lower than those of this group before treatment,and the pain score(2.63±0.96)points of the observation group was lower than(6.96±2.63)points of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The physical functioning(PF),role-physical(RP),bodily pain(BP),general health(CH),social function(SF),role-emotional(RE),mental health(MH),and vitality(VT)of the observation group were(95.77±23.96),(96.79±30.36),(95.89±25.77),(95.45±24.89),(95.89±36.85),(96.52±36.44),(98.55±40.19),and(99.78±45.85)points,which were higher than(71.85±35.15),(67.56±20.15),(68.89±20.15),(71.96±25.11),(70.96±30.45),(68.52±25.41),(71.63±29.89),and(69.33±20.19)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Shujin decoction combined with local spine bone-setting massage can effectively improve the pain and quality of life of patients with neck and low back pain,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
